Templates

Message templates now live inside the Automation workspace.

Create templates, connect providers, and attach rules in one place so you do not have to jump between tabs.

Automation Workspace

Set up providers, create templates, then attach clear automation rules to any agent.

Use this area in order: connect a messaging provider, save reusable message templates, then decide when each agent should send them and to whom.

Providers 0 No default provider
Templates 0 No templates yet
Active automations 0 No rules yet
Appointment confirmations 0 Rules triggered after booking

Step 1

Messaging Providers

Connect an org-level Twilio account or webhook provider. Mark one as default if most rules should reuse it.

Connected Providers

Every agent in this organization can use these accounts.

Step 2

Message Templates

Create reusable templates once, then use them in any automation rule across the organization.

Saved Templates

Edit any template to reuse it in booking, follow-up, or reminder automations.

Approved WhatsApp Templates

Fetched from Meta Business and used for WhatsApp automation delivery.

How To Use This

Three simple decisions
  1. Set a provider: save Twilio or webhook delivery once for the organization.
  2. Create a template: save reusable message text with variables like {{date}} and {{time}}.
  3. Choose the event: for booking confirmations, use When appointment is booked.
  4. Choose recipients: caller, owner, both, or one or more custom numbers.
Recommended: Set one default provider, create one appointment confirmation template, then reuse it across many agents.

Step 3

Message Automation Rules

Pick an agent, choose an event, choose a template, then save. Booking confirmations fire from the backend after a real appointment is created.

What do you want to do? Pick a goal and we will set everything up. You can adjust it after.
1. When should the message be sent? Choose the agent and the moment. Tool moments fire only when that tool succeeds.
Booking confirmation rules run only after a real appointment is created.
2. Who should receive it?
3. How should it be sent?

WhatsApp delivery is handled automatically with your approved WhatsApp template — nothing else to set up.

4. What should it say? Pick a ready-made message, or write your own.
Select an agent to see which variables are available for this automation.
